Magnetic locks and electric door hardware
The right lock for each door type: glass, timber, metal or fire-rated, with a safe way out every time.
What we install
- Magnetic locks from 280 kg to 600 kg hold
- Drop bolts for frameless glass doors
- Electric strikes for fire-rated doors
- Exit buttons, break-glass and door closers
Most access control complaints come from the lock, not the reader: doors that do not close fully, locks that drift out of line or power supplies without battery backup. We fit the hardware properly, add door closers where needed and test fail-safe release with your fire alarm.

Common questions
Which lock is best for a glass door?
Frameless glass doors usually take a drop bolt or a magnetic lock with a glass bracket. We check the door and frame at survey.
Will the door open if the power fails?
Fail-safe locks release on power loss, which suits escape routes. Fail-secure locks stay locked, which suits stores. We fit the right type for each door.
